Getting ready to go workout is a process.

Step two: Dress self.
Step three: Fill up water bottle.
Step four: Dance a little (jk a lot.)
Step five: Lace up shoes.
Step six: Pep talk with self.
Step seven: Walk out the door with a shit load of determination.
